  • Develop and track comprehensive KPIs, utilize analytics to identify trends and improvements, and implement new technologies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in engineering, operations, security, and commercial areas in a matrix structure with indirect reports in multiple countries, driving change management and interfacing with the client's C-suite.
