Job Summary

• The role is responsible for the strategic and operational delivery of facilities maintenance services that supports the Group’s strategic and operational objectives.
• A key focus is on service delivery, driving efficiencies, reducing cost and mitigating risk associated with management of the Group’s properties, and facilities services provided.
• Plan, manage, and execute property related projects (e.g., site mobilisation and demobilisation activities, site re-positioning, etc…), and stakeholder expectations, commensurate with set budgets and ensuring timely delivery.
