Base: $93,000-$140,000/yr (Maryland); $120,000-$172,000/yr (New York); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual discretionary incentive compensation; Benefits: Full spectrum including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, and parental leave
