  • You will act as a core member of the Business Unit management team, contributing to strategic direction and driving performance across the Nordics.
  • You will lead and coordinate the Launch and Brand Planning process, including the localization of the Global portfolio strategy into impactful Nordic brand plans.
  • The role includes Leading, coaching, and supporting the Nordic Franchise team, ensuring clear prioritization and effective delegation of responsibilities.
