Job Summary
You will act as a core member of the Business Unit management team, contributing to strategic direction and driving performance across the Nordics.
You will lead and coordinate the Launch and Brand Planning process, including the localization of the Global portfolio strategy into impactful Nordic brand plans.
The role includes Leading, coaching, and supporting the Nordic Franchise team, ensuring clear prioritization and effective delegation of responsibilities.
