** Aqua America Inc. is seeking a Field Service Representative in Massillon, OH, to support the Customer Service Department and assist with water service operations. The role involves direct customer interaction, meter maintenance, and addressing service inquiries using technology and automated systems. **

Job Summary

  • The Field Service Representative will support the operation of the Customer Service Department and is the Company’s direct contact with the customer for a variety of issues.
  • Routinely performs meter and RF installations, special reads for billing adjustments, meter repairs, emergency turn offs and turn ons, line locates, service line inspections, daily system chlorine sampling and main break/leak investigations.
  • As necessary, assists in all functions of the Distribution Department including after-hours work and responds to after-hour call outs for customer service and other Distribution Department work.
