Job Summary

  • Assists the Occupational Therapist with patient-related activities and provides direct patient care in accordance with physician orders, treatment plans, and applicable regulations.
  • Treat residents as directed by the supervising Occupational Therapist and implement treatment plans according to physician orders.
  • Educate residents, families, and caregivers on maintenance programs and discharge planning, and participate in discharge planning and transition of care.
