Collaborate with business units across Group Wholesale Banking to identify product development opportunities driven by client needs, competitive benchmarking, data insights, and market research.
Lead end‑to‑end product development, including business case formulation, business requirements definition, and user journey design.
Partner closely with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, and internal governance forums to ensure strong product control, compliance, and risk management.
