Job Summary

  • Assist the Activities Director in planning, organizing, and implementing a creative and interactive activities program to meet residents' physical, mental, and psychosocial needs.
  • Encourage resident participation in various activities, assist with assessments and care plans, and provide in-room activities for bed-bound residents.
  • Promote a positive, engaging, and supportive environment for all residents while maintaining a clean and organized Activities Department.
