Job Summary

  • This is a critical position with a double role in France and in the International Policy, Advocacy and Government Affairs team, with an approximate 50% time split.
  • The role is responsible for advancing and advising the company on the potential impact of policy developments on the company’s business and site operations, and for developing and leading the execution of CSL’s political external engagement and advocacy strategies.
  • The person in this role will be expected to put patients and plasma donors at the forefront of our vision for delivering value to address unmet medical needs and have a track record on the highest compliant and ethical standards.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare policy/public affairs
  • Experience building company profile with healthcare public affairs stakeholders
  • Experience working with legislative and executive government representatives
  • Experience collaborating across multiple levels of the organization
  • Strong understanding of government/public authorities and healthcare industry associations
  • Experience partnering with patient groups
  • Strong network of relationships with influential stakeholders
  • Graduate/professional degree in law, public health, international relations, political sciences or similar
