Must-have
Mechanical engineering design expertise
Experience with Autoinjector and PFS-Needle Safety Device
Proficiency with SolidWorks or 3D CAD software
Technical leadership in regulated environment
Reliability engineering assessments
Interface with external suppliers and partners

Key Requirements
BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Experience with prefilled syringes and drug delivery manufacturing
Proven track record in regulated environment
Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
