Raytheon is seeking a Senior Material Program Manager in El Segundo, CA, who will oversee supply chain strategies for space programs. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in project management, supplier management, and relevant security clearance

Job Summary

  • Lead a Space Program IPT and provide frequent communication on material strategies, plans and supplier risk mitigation activities.
  • Support the development, coordination and execution of all program IPT material strategies, supply chain objectives, and enterprise objectives.
  • Partner cross functionally with Engineering, Quality and Operations to create common schedule based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP).

Key Requirements

  • Minimum eight (8) years prior relevant experience or advanced degree with minimum five (5) years experience
  • Minimum five (5) years experience in supplier management, project management, and/or program management
  • Experience using manufacturing or enterprise planning tools, including MRP (Kinaxis/ SAP/PRISM)
  • Active and existing TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required on day 1
  • U.S. citizenship required
