Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related technical field
  • 7+ years of progressive engineering experience
  • 6-Sigma (green belt minimum, black belt preferred)
  • experience with 8D, RCA, 5-Why, Ishikawa, Kepner-Tregoe, PMP
