Job Summary
Serve as the overall site operations manager for all manufacturing production and warehouse departments at the Aberdeen, SD facility, overseeing approximately 420 persons.
Develop and execute manufacturing strategies, Lean management systems, and operational plans to drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, service, cost, and cash.
Provide direct supervision and development to Operations Sr. Supervisors, Continuous Improvement/Training Sr Supervisor, and warehouse staff, setting objectives and managing performance.
