Job Summary
The Forensic Transition Manager will serve to provide transitional support to the Forensic Diversion Manager and manage a reduced caseload of special population cases.
Manage statewide database to track community-based competency remediation and collaborate with the Community Clinical Coordinator to facilitate timely transfer to new levels of care.
Provide clinical oversight and serve as supervisor to Forensic Transition Coordinators (FTCs) and audit/provide feedback to Forensic Community Coordinators (FCCs).
