Job Summary

• The Digital Transformation Director is a senior leader who drives and executes the North America and enterprise Health Systems vision for large-scale digital transformation, owning strategy execution, governance, investment prioritization, and value realization across data, AI, platforms, service delivery, customer experience, and operating model modernization.
• As a member of the extended S&SD NA leadership team, they partner with NA and global business leaders to ensure digital initiatives enable business growth, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and improved customer outcomes.
