Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-10+ years facilities engineering experience
Strong HVAC and electrical distribution knowledge
Experience with CMMS and building automation systems
Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders
Nice-to-have
Experience in industrial or large commercial facilities
Knowledge of energy management practices
Background supporting sustainability initiatives
Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
Experience developing SOPs and maintenance procedures
