Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Valid RN License issued by Arkansas
  • 12 months acute care hospital experience
  • 6 months direct patient care in past year
  • Pass pre-screening test with 80% minimum score
  • Work one major holiday and two weekend shifts

Nice-to-have

  • 2 or more years of RN experience
  • Chemotherapy certification for Oncology units
  • Ability to don N95 masks and PAPR equipment
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Experience with complex condition education

Key Requirements

  • Graduate of accredited Nursing Program
  • Valid RN License from State of Arkansas
  • 12 months experience in acute care hospital
  • 6 months direct patient care in past 12 months
  • Proof of legal authority to work in US
