  • Provide day-to-day operational support for Oracle Cloud GTM and Transportation Management systems, collaborating with global business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Partner with cross-functional IT teams to ensure seamless ERP integration and utilize technical expertise in SQL and PL/SQL for system enhancement.
  • Participate in CRP, SIT, and UAT sessions during Oracle GTM rollouts, analyze data for insights, and provide Level 2/3 support for TMS related issues.
