The Associate Director of Mindworks will support its Director in supervising operations and team management, including overseeing Research Professionals and Research Assistants.
This position will have weekend duties, with a typical weekly schedule including four workweek days and one weekend day.
Responsibilities include coordinating lab operations, supervising staff, managing and delivering events, staying updated on IRB policy and research methods, and assisting with accounting.
