Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Define assembly plans, tooling, and inspection strategies
  • Hands-on experience with machining, waterjet, laser, and EDM
  • Strong DFM/DFA skills and proficiency with GD&T
  • Analyze build data and metrics to identify constraints
  • Collaborate with design engineering for DFM/DFA

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in aerospace or high-reliability industries
  • Knowledge of joining and processing methods for refractory metals
  • Familiarity with PFMEA, control plans, SPC, GR&R
  • Ability to simplify complex build concepts

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
  • Proficiency with a 3D CAD system
  • Familiarity with CAM and ERP/MRP systems
  • U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S.
