  • Provide technical support and capacity building to ensure quality assurance and innovative program design, monitoring, evaluation, research, learning, and accountability mechanisms.
  • Support the achievements of the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, Research and Learning team and its integration with the Technical and Program teams at national level.
  • Lead, supervise, and provide guidance to MEAL Coordinators and MEAL Officers as direct reports.

Key Requirements
