Must-have
4+ years experience in customer insight strategy
Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis skills
Ability to translate data into compelling narratives
Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
Proficiency in MS Office and data visualization tools
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with CRM marketing and loyalty programs
Background in customer segmentation strategy
Advanced degree in behavioral economics or psychology
Consulting mindset with workshop facilitation skills
Passion for understanding consumer psychology
Key Requirements
B.S. or B.A. required in marketing, statistics, or related field
4+ years of client-facing agency or consultancy experience
