As Total Rewards Leader for Philippines, you will be responsible to plan, organize and direct activities and policies under Total Rewards Center of Expertise for Philippines.
You will administer 3M’s Compensation and Benefits programs and ensure pay equity across all PH entities.
You will partner with HR Partners and business managers on compensation governance, pay transparency, and policy implementation.
