Job Summary
The RN will provide patients who have chronic conditions the support, education, and assistance in the prevention and/or maintenance of their disease and/or health and wellness state.

Key Requirements
Associate's Degree, Nursing Diploma, Bachelor's in Nursing, or Master's in Nursing
Valid RN License
Minimum of 1 year Registered Nursing experience
3 years of RN experience preferred
2 years in a clinical environment preferred
2 years of Medical-Surgical experience preferred
ACLS certification preferred or obtain within one year
Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
