Manages staff to ensure food preparation meets guidelines set by Legends and the board of health, and must be knowledgeable of all positions to fill in if needed.
Requires knowledge of POS systems, ability to input daily reports, work with customer service, handle schedules, and maintain a friendly, positive attitude.
