Salary
Base: $136,400.00 - $181,400.00 annually; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus plan and discretionary equity awards; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7 years pharmaceutical or CRO experience
4 years people management experience
Thorough understanding of ICH GCP guidelines
Experience as a Clinical Research Associate preferred
Fluent in written and verbal English
Nice-to-have
Oncology domain experience highly recommended
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Demonstrated team leadership experience
Process optimization initiative participation
Collaborative spirit and entrepreneurial mindset
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in scientific discipline
Minimum 7 years industry experience required
Minimum 4 years people management experience required
Valid driver's license in applicable countries
