Job Summary

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of high-impact, executive-level events across North America for the Adaptive Planning Business unit.
  • Design and deliver C-suite–caliber experiences that drive senior-level engagement and pipeline impact, partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Growth Marketing.
  • Manage budgets, vendors, agencies, and venues with precision, balancing premium experiences with disciplined ROI, and ensuring events reflect Workday brand standards while tailoring for local markets.

Salary

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $127,200 USD - $190,800 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $107,400 USD - $190,800 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants
