The primary purpose of your job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
You will participate in the development, maintenance, and implementation of the facility’s quality assurance program for the nursing service department and assist in planning nursing services for resident discharge.
The role requires adherence to safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols while fostering a warm, calm environment and maintaining effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare personnel.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
