Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher; MBA a plus
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in B2C marketing
• Experience building integrated marketing strategies
• Experience building client relationships
• CPG-specific experience, a plus
• Highly collaborative operator with deep cross-functional experience
• Strong communication skills with senior leaders
• Fluent with data including market/segment sizing and forecasting
• Excel or Sheets experience a plus
