Job Summary

• The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants to maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times.
• The role involves administrative duties, medication administration, staff development, safety and sanitation monitoring, and participation in quality assurance and facility surveys.
• The position requires working in a dynamic environment involving residents, personnel, visitors, and government agencies, with responsibilities extending beyond normal working hours and during emergencies.

• CPR certification
• Graduate of accredited nursing program
