Job Summary

  • As an Engineering Team Manager, you will lead Ocado Solutions' equipment mechanical maintenance team within the CFC (Customer Fulfillment Center) being built in Busan in partnership with Lotte.
  • The Equipment Mechanical Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for managing maintenance team shift activities in an automated logistics center, working closely with customer operations and other support teams to manage facilities and MHE (Material Handling Equipment) and optimize facility maintenance.
  • You will be responsible for managing shift senior technicians and technicians, assigning work priorities, and collaborating with inbound, outbound, and other support teams for staffing and effective maintenance activities.
