Key Requirements
Over 5 years of business or Capital Markets compliance experience
Degree in Business, Finance or Legal domains
Proven expertise in reviewing legal and regulatory documentation
Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and control concepts
Strong verbal, written, and presentation abilities
Advanced problem-solving skills and excellent judgment
Knowledge of key Canadian regulatory bodies (CIRO, CSA)
Strong legal mindset and experience interpreting legislation
