  • Degree in Business, Finance or Legal domains
  • Proven expertise in reviewing legal and regulatory documentation
  • Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and control concepts
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation abilities
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and excellent judgment
  • Knowledge of key Canadian regulatory bodies (CIRO, CSA)
  • Strong legal mindset and experience interpreting legislation
