Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 18 years of age
  • One year of manufacturing experience preferred
  • CRC at the Silver Level preferred
  • Basic English written and oral communication skills
  • Understand safety and quality instructions
  • Read and comprehend written work instructions
  • Perform basic mathematics
  • Possess or obtain PIT Operator Certification
  • Basic computer skills
  • Continuous firm grasping and pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds
  • Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds continuously
  • Lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds occasionally
  • Pass the PIT physical
  • Normal visual acuity and ability to distinguish color
  • Bend/stoop, squat, climb, reach, twist frequently
  • Balance and reach at or below shoulder level continuously
