Base: $146,600.00 - $219,800.00; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus and annual bonuses available; Benefits: Health insurance, life/disability insurance, savings plan, PTO

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline
  • 9 years of engineering experience
  • Proven leadership experience on project or team
  • Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance
  • Knowledge of materials chemistry and mechanical engineering

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in laboratory environment and management
  • Active DoD Secret clearance with Special Programs access
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with composite fabrication and polymer application
  • Self-motivated and proactive goal-oriented attitude

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in STEM plus 9 years experience
  • Masters of Science in STEM plus 7 years experience
  • Must obtain and maintain DoD Secret Clearance
  • Must obtain Program Access (PAR) within reasonable time
  • US Citizenship required for government clearance positions
