Salary
Base: $146,600.00 - $219,800.00; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus and annual bonuses available; Benefits: Health insurance, life/disability insurance, savings plan, PTO
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline
9 years of engineering experience
Proven leadership experience on project or team
Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance
Knowledge of materials chemistry and mechanical engineering
Nice-to-have
Experience in laboratory environment and management
Active DoD Secret clearance with Special Programs access
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with composite fabrication and polymer application
Self-motivated and proactive goal-oriented attitude
Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science in STEM plus 9 years experience
Masters of Science in STEM plus 7 years experience
Must obtain and maintain DoD Secret Clearance
Must obtain Program Access (PAR) within reasonable time
US Citizenship required for government clearance positions
