Job Summary
The Sr Mgr-Digital Category Performance is a thought leader responsible for a team who serves as the voice for the digital commerce channel by ensuring accountability in achieving digital business goals through the standardization and optimization of customer, channel and commerce data.
This role will track actionable insights to completion with responsible groups, increase online awareness and education across partner teams, identify and create new opportunities to improve the category experience, create operational efficiencies that drive productivity for downstream partners, and deliver projects that will improve category performance on Lowes.com.
Lead a team of analysts in the U.S. and Bangalore who work through corporate level initiatives and provide category specific support across all merchandising divisions.
