The eCommerce Client Services (eCS) business offers global support for our clients to execute trades across various Electronic Trading Platforms.
Your key responsibilities include managing a diverse team, client enablement, profile amendments, client off-boarding, recertification, 3rd party platform intermediation, breaks/rejects resolution, connectivity resolution, new product rollouts, and complexity reduction.
