Job Summary

  • Perform pre-call analysis and check claim status by contacting payers via phone, IVR, or web portals.
  • Analyze accounts receivable data to identify reasons for underpayments and denials, using appropriate codes for documentation.
  • Responsible for meeting daily/weekly productivity and quality work expectations, including claim processing, submission, and follow-up.
