Key Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in consulting, engagement management, workforce development, higher education, career services, organizational partnerships, or a related field
• 2+ years of team leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing programs, budgets, and operational frameworks
• Proven ability to manage complex partner or client engagements
• Experience preparing and delivering comprehensive reports, visualizations, or presentations
