Shape, propose, and assure complex Enterprise Service Management (ESM) and Service Integration and Management (SIAM) solutions for large-scale organisations.
Define and govern solution architectures across the DXC Intelligent Operations Platform, leading ITSM tools, API and e-bond integrations, and observability platforms.
Collaborate with clients, bid and pursuit teams, and delivery leadership to support solutions from pre-sales through assurance, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and commercially viable.
