• The Assistant Manager for Integrated Risk Management will be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives within the Tech and Cyber Risk and Control – IRM COE, collaborating with global business units to assess and re-engineer Risk and Control processes.
• Key responsibilities include process redesign, requirements validation, performance monitoring, IRM configuration, stakeholder management, and project coordination to ensure platform stability, usability, and compliance.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years experience in process design, business transformation, or risk/compliance
• Hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow IRM or similar GRC platforms
• Experience in process improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma)
• Graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in IRM (Highly Preferred)
• Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma or related methodologies (Highly Preferred)
