Job Summary

• The Housing Programs Manager ensures the daily operations of the organization’s site-based housing program are executed with high-quality standards aligned with Housing First and Harm Reduction philosophies, grant requirements, and Continuum of Care practices.
• This role provides direct supervision of Case Management Supervisors and their subordinate staff, tracks program data, ensures grant and fiscal compliance, maintains written protocols, and works with supervisors to maintain high levels of quality in all program areas.
