  • As Executive Director, Portfolio Assets Management, you will lead the state‑wide management of social housing assets, ensuring they are safe, sustainable, and fit for purpose while delivering value for money in a highly constrained financial environment.
  • Lead the delivery of large‑scale capital and maintenance programs, managing an annual capital budget of approximately $358 million and a repairs and maintenance budget of $660 million, while ensuring quality, safety and value for money.
