Job Summary
The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director run a creative and interactive activities program that meets the physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of each resident.
This role involves participation in planning and conducting individual, small and large group activities, as well as assisting with resident transportation and discharge planning.
The position requires maintaining good communication between employees, residents, families, and other stakeholders to ensure the needs and best interests of residents and the facility are met.
