Job Summary

  • Perform daily work operations including merchant payment and settlement clearing reconciliation, accounting processes, merchant invoicing, dispute support, and sales inquiry support to achieve Service Level Standards.
  • Communicate and coordinate transactional flows with internal departments and external parties such as outsourcing vendors, agent banks, and utility companies to resolve daily operational problems.
  • Become familiar with internal systems, organization tools, and methodologies, learning daily operations, reporting processes, procedures, and company products.
