  • High-speed SerDes architectures expertise
  • Keysight ADS Ansys HFSS Cadence APD tools
  • 56G PAM4 and above channel modeling
  • Multiple high-speed ASIC tape-outs from package perspective

Nice-to-have

  • Experience leading small to medium technical teams
  • Advanced node packaging (5nm, 3nm)
  • High-bandwidth memory HBM interface SI
  • Die-to-die interfaces UCIe or proprietary
  • MATLAB or Python scripting skills

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's in EE with 8+ years experience OR Master's with 6+ years OR PhD with 3+ years
  • Proven experience with multiple high-speed ASIC tape-outs
  • Deep expertise in 56G PAM4 and above transmission line theory
