Job Summary

• The Department of Residential Facilities is responsible for the maintenance and housekeeping services for the College Park Campus' 70+ residence halls, Greek chapter houses, and recreational facilities encompassing over 2.7 million square feet.
• The Housekeeping Supervisor II position provides direct leadership and supervises a staff of 5 to 10 housekeepers in one or more residence halls.
• This position is an essential employee related to catastrophic, weather, or other emergencies and may be required to come to work, including overtime, when the University is closed to perform general maintenance/clean-up tasks as needed.
