Key Requirements

• 7+ years in program/project management
• 2+ years leading PMO on enterprise tech transformations
• Direct ERP and/or HCM implementation experience
• PMP certification and/or Six Sigma certification
• Proven track record designing governance frameworks
• Exceptional executive communication skills
• Comfortable leading globally distributed teams
