Audatex is seeking a Staff Accounting Support Specialist responsible for core accounting operations, reconciliations, and providing technical support for accounting systems. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of accounting experience, preferably in a global or SaaS environment, and possess strong analytical skills

Job Summary

  • This role focuses on core accounting operations, monthly close, reconciliations, and GAAP compliance while also supporting accounting systems, ERP tools, and user-reported issues.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarter-end, and year-end journal entries, own balance sheet account reconciliations, and analyze balance sheet and P&L variances.
  • Provide Tier 1 functional and technical support for accounting systems and applications, troubleshooting user-reported accounting and system issues.
