Position Overview The Media and Partnerships Manager is a role responsible for media strategic planning and execution, as well as identifying and servicing new and existing partnerships. You need to have a refined understanding of market and media landscapes in Southeast Asia, with prior superior experience of end-to-end media planning and the execution process, for campaigns across digital, social, programmatic, TV and OOH media channels, across paid and owned channels. You are comfortable translating marketing objectives into communication and media solutions that stem from localised insights. You have relationships with media vendors and solution partners. You have knowledge and are proficient with digital marketing and buying platforms including but not limited to Nielsen, GWI, Google Ads and are fluent in using data to form narratives and insights. You have professional certificates that could include but is not mandatory, to Google Ads Certification(s), Google Display and Video360, and META Certification(s). Key Responsibilities Media Strategy and Planning Develop media strategies and plans for campaigns and sponsors’ media inventories; Insight Gathering - Using tools and resources to generate insights into consumer behaviour and media choices; Work closely with media owners and agency partners and colleagues to deliver creative and effective media solutions; Excellent presentation skills to clearly communicate your media proposal to internal and external stakeholders. Media Buying and Campaign Management Coordinate and execute the media plan; Buying, negotiating and managing media bookings; Working together with external agencies and internal colleagues for campaign development. Monitoring the performance of online and offline campaigns and results reporting Manage campaign budgets and ensure financial due diligence Qualifications 2- 5 years of experience in a media agency, with a digital and mobile focus.
