Must-have
5+ years EHS experience in high-risk environments
Bachelor's degree required
Travel 50%+ domestically and internationally
Conduct site assessments and hazard analyses
Implement safety programs and risk mitigation
Nice-to-have
Human and Organizational Performance philosophy experience
Strong customer service mindset
Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction
Excellent presentation and training skills
Willingness to work extended hours and weekends
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering
7+ years progressive EHS experience preferred
Professional certifications (CSP, CIH, CHMM) strongly preferred
Deep knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and international regulations
Must be US citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee per ITAR
